I wanted to contact you to say THANK YOU for a truly fantastic day. I booked the First Class Manatee tour for my family on Saturday, Dec 4. Captain Rick took us out for the day and we had an absolutely amazing time!!!
First off, I have to say I am very impressed with your company and your respect for the manatees. It is refreshing to see a company that truly cares for the environment and the safety of these animals. We all appreciated the video we watched prior to our trip, and learned a lot about how to behave in the water.
Captain Rick was great. He took a lot of time with us, helping us with wetsuits and explaining how to snorkel to my seven year old niece. She was quite frightened by the manatees and he was extremely kind to her, calming her down and making her hot chocolate. He also took loads of photos for us, and continually pointed out manatees to us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to spend the day with.
I have recommended your company to several people and would gladly take another tour with you!

Despite what the Save the Manatee Club and the Today Show says, interaction with the manatees is still allowed. It is only a small portion of the area that is closed off during periods of unusual cold weather. These areas reopen when the weather warms.
Due to the difficult economy we have reduced our Tours A & B to $40/pp. This includes ALL necessary gear. If you see the price different on our website, please ignore the higher price. We will update these as soon as possible. Beginning Oct 31, 2011 we will be conducting tours at 7 AM and 10 AM on tours A and B.
